Our Aim

For every young person who walks through our doors to be proud of who they are, to know they have right to be an individual, to know they matter, to have a voice, feel safe and confident enough to progress through the world in a way which makes them smile.

We are proud to offer a nurturing, child-centred environment for children aged 4–11, led by a team with a wealth of training and experience across children’s services. Our staff bring deep understanding, compassion, and expertise to their work, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive.

At the heart of everything we do is the relationship we build with each child. We believe that strong, trusting connections are the foundation for meaningful learning and personal growth. By working closely on a 1:1 basis, we are able to truly understand each child’s needs, interests, and strengths.

Our approach is play-based and child-led, allowing learning to happen naturally through engagement, curiosity, and enjoyment. We deliver a fully bespoke curriculum tailored to every child, designed to mirror key elements of the National Curriculum while remaining flexible and responsive to individual needs and interests.

We are committed to using PDA-informed and trauma-informed approaches, recognising the importance of safety, trust, and autonomy in supporting children who may have experienced challenges. Through this, we create a calm, supportive environment where children feel secure and empowered.

Our provision supports children in working towards their EHCP targets, while also focusing on developing social and emotional skills, encouraging independence, and fostering a love of learning. We celebrate every success—big or small—and aim to build each child’s self-esteem, helping them to see their own potential.

Above all, we want children to experience joy in learning, discover new interests, and have fun along the way.

If a child can't learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn - Ignacio Estrada

Pushforward work with those young people that others have given up on. Those that don't fit the mould of traditional education and need to be engaged differently. We use conversational education, trauma informed therapy and a practical approach when engaging young people and encouraging self belief.
