Since joining Pushforwards in June, I have been working as a Secondary Delivery Practitioner, bringing over 25 years of experience supporting children, young people, and families across a wide range of settings and roles.
I take a warm, pastoral, and behaviourally informed approach to my work—building trusting relationships, fostering emotional growth, and encouraging positive change through understanding and consistency. I believe in meeting each young person where they are, helping them feel valued and supported as they navigate challenges and celebrate progress.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, getting outdoors for long walks, and keeping active through strength training and a healthy lifestyle. I’m known for my sense of humour, organised nature, and down-to-earth approach to both life and work.
