Hi, I’m Dr Jared Bubb, I’ve over two decades of experience across special education, secondary teaching, and executive leadership. I have a PhD in Psychology and UK Qualified Teacher Status. I have held roles including Head of Department, Executive Principal and Head of Children’s Services, and specialise in strategic school improvement, therapeutic education, and safeguarding for students with complex learning needs such as SEN, ASD and SEMH. I have developed inclusive, high-quality learning environments, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and driven educational standards across mainstream and specialized settings.
